When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring campaign text messages (SMS and MMS) from the Committee to Elect Danica Eyler at that number, including campaign updates, event and volunteer information, voting reminders, yard sign delivery messages and fundraising messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting a yard sign, volunteering or making a contribution.

Message and data rates may apply; check with your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and messages may not be deliverable on all devices or in all areas.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you receive texts from more than one campaign number, reply STOP to each one. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Accurate Information
When you fill out a form, you agree to give accurate and complete information and to use only your own name and contact details. Yard signs are available only for addresses in Hamilton County, Indiana, while supplies last, and the campaign may decline any request.

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our forms or text messages. Your mobile number and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and share information.
No Warranty
This website and our messages are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivering messages, or for interruptions to the website.
